HOW TO USE
Shake gently. As a daily tonic, take 2 full squeezes of the dropper in a little water, up to 4x daily. To prep for allergy season, start daily doses a month or two in advance. For in-the-moment support, take 1-5 squeezes as needed.
Due to the inclusion of Astragalus (a preventative tonic vs a first responder), pause use of this tincture when you're in the midst of an acute infection and resume once it clears up. Do not take Astragalus alongside immune suppressing medications.
